GENERAL CARE

Cast iron is strong and made to last. A natural patina or light surface rust may develop over time, especially outdoors — this is normal and part of its character.

OUTDOOR USE

Suitable for outdoor use year-round. For longevity, place items in well-drained areas and avoid constant contact with wet soil or standing water.

RUST & MAINTENANCE

If light rust appears, gently brush it off with a soft wire brush or cloth. Applying a thin coat of cooking oil, linseed oil, or rust protector can help slow further rusting.

CLEANING

Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals, as this may accelerate rusting.

STORAGE

If not in use for long periods, store in a dry, covered area to maintain appearance and condition.

FINISH & VARIATIONS

Each piece is cast and finished individually. Small variations, texture marks, or colour differences are part of the handmade charm and not considered faults.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are shipped same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day. Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.

Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days, with metro deliveries often arriving sooner.
